Seminar Cancellation Policy

We encourage substitutions at any time and will work to reschedule registrants on a space-available basis. If your schedule changes you may send a substitute attendee at no charge. You may apply registration fees to another of our seminars at no charge, up to 21 days previous to the original scheduled event.

21 days or more prior to seminar: full refund 1.

Less than 21 days and more than 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee 1.

Less than 48 hours or no show: No Refund

The fee can be applied to any future seminar hosted by us. If you are a no-show 2, no registration fees will be refunded.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel any event with reasonable discretion. In the event of cancellation by us, registration fees will be refunded in full. We shall have no further liability.

1. Depending on payment method by registers, any third party fees involved in refund may be deducted from refund amount.

2. A "No-show" is registrants who do not notify us that they can not attend within 48 hours of the seminar or later
